Jade Skye is a multimedia artist & designer based in Brooklyn

& 2024 graduate of Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communications Design: Illustration, with minors in Sustainability Studies & Fashion Design.  

I digitally illustrated this cover for Dr. Nurhaizatul Jamil's book, Faithful Transformations. The cover is a light sage green, with green abstract plant shapes as a border. In the center is a simplified, faceless woman in a coral pink hijab. The facelessness of the figure grants broader representation and relatability. Above and below the figure is a verse from the Quran, specifically Surah Al-'Asr.
